We're not about pushing you to your limit — we're about finding the right limit for you. Mobility warm-ups, functional training, and monthly challenges that meet you where you are.
Training that respects your experience and your body
Every exercise has options. Don't have the mobility yet? We modify. Want to push harder? We scale up. You're in control of your intensity.
We focus on movement quality over speed. Proper form, controlled tempo, and smart progressions mean you stay healthy and injury-free.
Train alongside people your age facing the same challenges. No judgment. No 20-year-olds showing off. Just real adults getting stronger together.
Strength gains, endurance improvements, mobility wins — we measure what matters. See exactly how you're progressing each month.
Complete programming designed specifically for functional fitness at 40+
Our daily workouts are built around functional movements — squats, deadlifts, presses, carries — not CrossFit for CrossFit's sake. Every session has multiple scaling options so you're always working at the right intensity.
We're talking 3-4 sessions per week, 45-60 minutes each. Warm-up, main workout, cool down. You'll leave stronger, not broken.
Spend 10-15 minutes before each session on movement prep. Better mobility means better lifts, less pain, faster recovery. We teach you exactly why each stretch and drill matters.
Push yourself against a goal. Compete with your friends. Track your times and numbers. Challenges keep training exciting and give you something tangible to work toward.
Learn About Challenges
A clear structure that builds strength week by week
We start by understanding your current fitness level, any limitations, and what you want to achieve. This takes about 30 minutes and helps us customize your program.
We teach you the fundamentals with light weight and high repetition. You'll nail the movement pattern before we ever add significant load.
Once movement is solid, we gradually increase weight and intensity. Small jumps in difficulty. Consistent progress. No plateaus.
Every month we review your progress, assess how you're feeling, and adjust your program. What worked last month might need tweaking this month.

"I wasn't sure I could keep up with a CrossFit gym at 52. Turns out I wasn't the only one worried about that — there's a whole group of us. The scaling options make it actually doable, and I've gotten stronger in the last 6 months than I have in years."
"My knees weren't great when I started. The coaches showed me how to modify everything so I could still train hard without aggravating them. It's been three months and honestly they feel better than they did before."
"Don't expect to walk in and do what the 30-year-olds are doing. But that's the point — you're not supposed to. You're building your own strength. The community here gets that. No judgment, just people working hard together."
We've heard these before. Here are honest answers.
Not at all. We've had members start from zero fitness. What matters is showing up consistently and being willing to work. We'll scale everything to meet you where you are.
We modify for everything. Shoulder injury? We've got versions. Bad knees? We work around it. Mobility limitations? That's what warm-ups are for. Tell us what hurts and we'll train around it.
We recommend 3-4 times per week for best results. But even 2 sessions weekly will make a difference. Find a schedule that fits your life and stick with it.
We've got dedicated classes for 40-60 age group. You'll definitely train alongside people in your demographic. Same goals, similar challenges, real community.
You'll feel different within 2-3 weeks. Sleeping better, more energy. Measurable strength gains show up in 4-6 weeks. Real transformation takes months, not weeks, but it's worth it.
We give guidance, but we're not nutritionists. What we do emphasize is eating enough protein, staying hydrated, and getting sleep. The training's only half the equation.
You don't need to figure this out alone. We've spent over a decade helping adults 40-60 get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their fitness. Let's talk about what you want to achieve.
